forces with over 36 million people in 14,625 neighborhoods
across the country on August 3rd, 2010 to promote police-community
partnerships; crime, drug and violence prevention; safety;
and neighborhood unity.

MetroWest Elementary School 2010 Donation

Once again, the MetroWest Masters Association (MWMA) has shown its commitment to the students, families, and community of MetroWest by helping to insure a bright future for our children. Their generous donation through a $10,000 grant continues MWMA’s tradition of support for MetroWest elementary and will provide further resources for students and teachers in the classroom. The funds will be used to supply support technology for the school’s Promethean Boards which bring the world to the classroom and allow the students to interact with the curriculum in ways that were previously not possible. This year’s grant allows MetroWest E.S. to build upon the resources provided by last year’s grant in providing the best education possible for all of our students. Through the dedication and commitment of the MetroWest Masters Association, our PTA, the teachers, parents and community members of MetroWest we are able to build on our school’s motto “Miracles in the Making” and turn those miracles in to an everyday occurrence. - Jim Weis MetroWest Elementary School Assistant Principal
